Johan Stigefelt – Team Director
“I am very happy to have reached an agreement with Wallife and GRT Racing Team. Wallife is a new company, and we are looking forward to working together this year in the FIM MotoE World Championship. In addition, Fabio Sbianchi and his companies have extensive experience in the world of motor racing, including MotoGP too. It’s good to have them on board with our project. We look forward to starting this journey together with a company at the beginning of establishing their business. They have chosen to work with us, for which I am very grateful, and we hope to be able to reward them with good results and good marketing opportunities.
The GRT Racing Team will help us and support our MotoE team on the operations and technical side. We will continue with our current team members, but we will welcome a new Technical Director to oversee the team from this aspect. We decided, together with Filippo, to start working like this, and it’s great, because they have a lot of experience. We have a lot of experience in the MotoE class, but I think that we can become a very strong team together with our combined knowledge and knowhow from many years in the racing industry. In preseason testing we already noticed that it was working really well, so I welcome them and I’m happy that we have started this collaboration.”
Fabio Sbianchi – Wallife Founder & Chairman

We couldn’t find a better partnership for our project and we are looking forward to work together. We are excited to start the season next week in Jerez and see Eric [Granado] and the whole team racing with our colours and giving his best to fight for the top positions.”

“The GRT Racing Team has never stopped growing. Exploring new horizons and accepting challenges is part of our history and the FIM MotoE World Cup seemed like the next step we should take, as it is a competition that is defined by its innovation. It is a challenge that we are proud to face thanks to our collaboration with ONE Energy Racing, with whom we will form the perfect combination of experience and ambition to reach the top of the podium. Together with Johan, I think we have consolidated a great group of people, and I hope the great feeling we had in preseason can remain the same for the rest of the season.”
